1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how TocaFunGames ("TocaFunGames," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile games and applications (the "Apps") and this website (the "Site").

TocaFunGames is the controller for personal information that we directly handle under this Policy. You can contact us at privacy@tocafungames.com.

2. Information and sources

We do not ask users to create accounts, submit profiles, or provide personal information to use our Apps. We do not directly collect or retain personal information from App users, except for information you choose to include when you contact us by email.

Our Apps include third-party advertising SDKs. Those partners may automatically receive or collect information from an App or device, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable settings. Depending on the SDK, platform, device, and your choices, this may include:

• online identifiers, such as advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, cookie-like identifiers, and app instance identifiers;
• device and network information, such as device model, operating system, language, carrier, browser or app version, connection type, and approximate location derived from IP address;
• advertising and measurement information, such as ad impressions, clicks, interactions, attribution events, frequency-cap information, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals; and
• consent, opt-out, and privacy preference signals.

We do not intentionally collect precise location, contact information, financial information, health information, user content, or account credentials through our Apps.

3. How information is used and disclosed

We do not use personal information for our own independent profiling or marketing. Advertising partners may process the information they receive to provide advertising, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, detect fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. The purposes and practices of each partner are governed by that partner's privacy notice.

We may receive limited, aggregated reporting from advertising partners, such as campaign performance or revenue totals. This reporting is not intended to identify you personally.

If you contact us, we use the information in your message only to respond, provide support, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or use support messages for advertising.

4. Third-party advertising partners

Our Apps may use one or more of the following advertising SDKs. SDK use can vary by App, region, app version, and available advertising demand.

Third parties process information under their own terms and are responsible for their own privacy practices. Their policies explain the choices they offer and how to exercise them.

5. Your privacy choices

You can review our Privacy Choices page for ways to limit personalized advertising, exercise opt-out rights, and contact us. Available choices depend on your device, operating system, region, and the advertising partner serving an ad.

Where required, our Apps will present a consent or privacy choice mechanism before allowing advertising partners to process information for personalized advertising. You may withdraw or change consent through the App's privacy controls when available, your device privacy settings, or the relevant partner's controls. You may also reset or limit your mobile advertising identifier in your device settings.

6. Additional information for EEA, UK, and Swiss users

Where the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), UK GDPR, or Swiss data-protection law applies, TocaFunGames relies on legitimate interests to respond to support requests, secure the Apps, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required for advertising-related processing, our advertising partners and/or consent-management mechanism will seek it before that processing occurs. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

Personal information received by advertising partners may be transferred to countries outside your country of residence. Those transfers are managed by the relevant partner under its own safeguards and privacy policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of personal information we control, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights related to information processed directly by us, email privacy@tocafungames.com. For information controlled by an advertising partner, contact that partner directly using its privacy notice.

7. California privacy notice

This section provides information for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

Categories, purposes, and retention

We do not directly collect personal information through the Apps. Advertising partners may collect identifiers; internet, electronic, and device activity information; approximate location inferred from IP address; and commercial or advertising interaction information, as described in Section 2. These partners may use information to provide, personalize where permitted, measure, secure, and limit advertising. We do not retain this information ourselves. Partners retain information according to their own policies.

Sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. However, depending on the partner's practices and the definitions under California law, disclosure or use of identifiers and activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." You may opt out of sale or sharing by using our Privacy Choices page, available in-app controls, your device settings, and applicable advertising-partner controls. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals where technically available and required by law.

Your rights

California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about personal information we collected, as well as the right to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. You also have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To submit a request concerning information we directly control, email privacy@tocafungames.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and process your request.

Because advertising partners independently control data collected through their SDKs, requests about that data should also be directed to the relevant partner. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority and identity.

8. Children

Our Apps are not designed to collect personal information directly from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising settings and available inventory may be configured differently depending on an App's audience, rating, region, and platform requirements. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at privacy@tocafungames.com.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the limited information we directly handle, such as support emails. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Apps, partners, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
